Meetings for WAWSD

Rate increases for sewer and trash

Due to recent rate increases by the City of Gallup, we find it necessary to adjust our rates. The rate for sewer will now be $39.00 plus tax, and solid waste (trash) $45.00 plus tax. We understand that changes in pricing can impact your budget, and we have taken every measure to minimize these adjustments.

Rate increase

May 06, 2025

Due to recent increases with the City of Gallup rates, we find it necessary to adjust our rates. Rates for sewer will now be $39.00 plus tax and solid waste (trash) $45.00 plus tax. The service fee remains $4.25. The rate for a new sewer connection will remain $2,000.00 plus tax, and the rate for setting up trash service has increased to $80.00.
